Le dernier \u00e9pisode de forte intensit\u00e9 remonte \u00e0 2010-2011 et avait provoqu\u00e9 notamment des pluies torrentielles en Australie, en Am\u00e9rique du Sud et en Asie du Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalement, vers l&rsquo;\u00e9quateur, les vents Aliz\u00e9s soufflent d&rsquo;Est en Ouest. Ils entra\u00eenent le d\u00e9placement des eaux de surface de l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an vers l&rsquo;ouest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;eau chaude de surface s&rsquo;accumulent \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest de l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an Pacifique. De l&rsquo;eau froide profonde remonte vers le littoral \u00e0 l&rsquo;est : Upwelling. Cette eau froide est riche en nutriments et en planctons : d\u00e9veloppement de la vie marine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bali-gazette.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/sche%CC%81ma-El-Nino.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne El Ni\u00f1o, les Aliz\u00e9s soufflent bien moins fort. L&rsquo;eau chaude de surface n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9plac\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest. Il y a plus d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation et de formation de tornades.
