style=\"background-color:#9ff2d8\">Que signifie ADN ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ADN est acronyme pour Acide D\u00e9soxyriboNucl\u00e9ique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:175px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#9ff2d8\">Comment voit-on l&rsquo;ADN au microscope optique ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les caract\u00e8res h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par l\u2019information g\u00e9n\u00e9tique sous forme&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u2019ADN  diffus dans le noyau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ou d\u2019ADN compact pelotonn\u00e9 en chromosomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ADN est une mol\u00e9cule qui peut se pelotonner lors de la division cellulaire (pour grandir ou pour renouveler les cellules), poss\u00e8de 23 paires de chromosomes, l\u2019une d\u2019elles pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques diff\u00e9rentes selon le sexe (XX pour les femmes ou XY pour les hommes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div entra\u00eene un syndrome comportant des caract\u00e8res diff\u00e9rents chez l\u2019individu concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:207px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#9ff2d8\">Comment sont organis\u00e9s les chromosomes ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque chromosome contient de nombreux g\u00e8nes. Chaque g\u00e8ne est porteur d\u2019une information g\u00e9n\u00e9tique d\u00e9terminant un caract\u00e8re h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le&nbsp;<strong>g\u00e9nome<\/strong>&nbsp;est l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019ADN d\u2019un organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:173px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un g\u00e8ne peut exister sous des versions diff\u00e9rentes appel\u00e9es all\u00e8les. Elle a lieu au cours de la copie d\u2019ADN spontan\u00e9ment ou sous l\u2019action d\u2019un agent mutag\u00e8ne (UV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la mutation a lieu dans les cellules reproductrices, elle est transmise \u00e0 la descendance.
