Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est r\u00e9versible car il peut se produire dans un sens comme dans l&rsquo;autre. Comparer les temp\u00e9ratures de fusion  et les temp\u00e9ratures d&rsquo;\u00e9bullition (lors de la vaporisation) de l&rsquo;eau et de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e. Expliquer la raison pour laquelle on met du sel sur les routes en cas de chute de neige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
